Tiffin Time is a platform that connects users with local tiffin providers offering home-cooked Indian meals delivered to their doorstep or collected, its up to you!
How do I place an order?
Once you've signed up, simply select a tiffin provider, choose your meal plan or dishes, and schedule your deliveries.
How does Tiffin Time work?
Browse local providers, view their weekly menus, schedule your deliveries, and enjoy authentic Indian meals with minimal hassle.
Can I customise my meals?
Some providers may allow minor customisations. This will be visible on their information panel
Who are the tiffin providers?
Our providers are local cooks and small businesses offering freshly prepared, home-style Indian meals.
What areas do you currently serve?
We are expanding gradually. Enter your postcode in the app to see available providers in your area.
All meals will be stated on the app by each individual tiffin provider if it is suitable for your dietary requirements.
Is there a subscription option?
No - enjoy the service when you want! You just need to pre order in time to get the tiffin accepted - some vendors do offer discounts for bulk orders across the weeks.
Are your meals gluten or dairy free?

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Providers list common allergens that can be seen on every dish if applicable.
How can I see the ingredients in the meals?
The tiffin providers on the app will list the main ingredients used in their dishes for you to view as well as list the allergens.
How many servings are in a meal?
Usually the servings are enough for minimum 1 person unless otherwise stated by the tiffin provider.
Account and Support
Do I need to be home to receive my meals?
Yes, someone should be available to collect the meals you've ordered. Alternatively, you can select the collection option and pick up your meals at your convenience (within the allotted time of course)
Can I change my meals after I have ordered?
To modify your order, please use the 'Cancel Order' feature within the app (which will only be available for a short amount of time). If there is an extenuating circumstance then please contact us us via email at hello@tiffin-time.com and we will assist.
Do the meals have a use-by date, and can I freeze my meals?
As meals are prepared by individual tiffin providers, they do not have a standard use-by date. It's recommended to consume them promptly for optimal taste and quality. If you choose to refrigerate or freeze meals, please adhere to safe storage practices.
How do I update my delivery address or preferences?
Go to your profile settings in the app to make any updates.
