Do the meals have a use-by date, and can I freeze my meals?
As each meal is provided by individual tiffin providers, there will be no use-by date. We recommend enjoying the meals as soon as they arrive for the best taste and quality. However, should you choose to store these meals in your fridge or freezer, please follow your own safe storage practices.
How can I see the ingredients in the meals?
The tiffin providers on the app will list the ingredients used in their dishes for you to view.
Are your meals gluten or dairy free?
All meals will be stated on the app by each individual tiffin provider if it is suitable for your dietary requirements.
How many servings are in a meal?
Usually the servings are enough for minimum 1 person unless otherwise stated by the tiffin provider.
Can I change my meals after I have ordered?
Please use the cancel order button through the app or email viraj@tiffin-time
Do I need to be home to receive my meals?
Someone needs to be home to collect the meals you've ordered or just select collection and pick it whenever you like!
